Steve is an excellent instructor and Jo is an excellent host

The course content was exactly as described and expected. From the moment of our arrival until our final farewell they were the consummate hosts and will be forever grateful for their instruction and patience. Everything was carefully though out and skillfully executed. I would come back just for the food.
